The four are very surprised. He11ix gets the courage to speak. "Uh... even though we appreciate it, we expected you to kill us. But, thanks." Zander pulls out his tracker. "Uh... well, you might not like this one. We have to go to... uh... the Red Dragon's Lair."

Fauna grins and bolts toward the Red Dragon's Lair.

On the way, she tells them, "I would have killed you, but now you all owe me. And this time, if you walk out of it, I will kill you. I'll smash you like toothepicks. Especially if it's about my wolf pack. Throw any robot you want at me, but those that you sent at me earlier are now in bits and peices. But anyways... That thing that I call Hell could be controlled, am I right? Couldn't you train it into being under your control? That thing is virtually indestructable. I know Zak thinks that he can kill it, but I personally don't believe so."

By now, they had reached the lair.

"Should we go on foot or on my cloud?" she asks, grinning again.

Everyone looks at Fauna like she's an idiot when she says the darkness monster can be controlled. He11ix looks in the cave. " I say that we use the-" I burst of flame comes from the cave and destroys the cloud. "...go on foot." The five start walking into the cave.

Fauna gapes at where her cloud used to be. Her head slowly tilts upward, looking into the cave. She lets out another ear-splitting snarl and bolts into the cave. The four hear a groan and then a shriek. They then hear Fauna's growl, which increases in volume as the time goes by.

The four walks cautiously into the cave and see Fauna standing before a huge dragon that is curled against the wall in a defensive position. Fauna looks behind her shoulder and sees them. "I think I scared it," she says quietly, turning to look back at the dragon. She turns around and picks the four up, running back to where the cloud is. She sets them down there and kneels down to mourn for her cloud.

"..Can you fix it?" she asks, feeling stupid.

"No. Maybe at the next stop we can find someone who can. Pick up some of the ashes or something. Now, while you do that, we're going back in to get what we came for." He11ix and the other three go into the cave again. Fauna hears the dragon waking up. Then she hears fire. Then she hears screaming. Then she hears running. Then she sees Haze run out, dragon in hot pursuit.

Fauna grins and shakes her head thoughtfully. She kneels down and scoops up every single bit of the ashes into a small vase. Then she stands up, leaps into a run, and appears in front of Haze. She holds up her hands to the dragon, which slows to a stop. Fauna pulls out her sword and waves it at the dragon, pointing to the tip of its tail. The tip is slices off. "The whole thing is off if you don't behave," she says softly, walking up to the dragon cautiously. She beckons for Haze to follow, and they slip into a steady trot behind her. The dragon watches the run back into the cave and follows. Fauna stops, gestures for them to go on and find their treasure, and turns to the dragon. She whirls around on her heal and runs back to He11ix. "Come back and find me once you get it. I'll escort you out," she whispers, running back to the dragon afterwards. She pets the top of the dragons head, winking at Haze.

"We still need a ride. We're heading all the way to the Wind Nation Grand Castle. Or at least back to Silverbrooke to get James to take us there." He11ix eyes the dragon. "Hm... gimme." Haze runs on the dragon and grab it's horns. They force it to fly off towards the Wind Nation.

... Did you guys miss that the Wind Nation is a destroyed Country? There're only Rogue survivors plottig takeover of this country.'


EDIT: Although, I suppose we could have moved the castle somewhere... By the way, those that are left of the Wind Nation are some of the most powerful of their line of work, so they can do pretty much whatever they want, but there're only a handful. 100 at the most.

I don't think grabbing the dragon by the horns is a good ide--

Fauna watches, and then looks down at her vase full of cloudy ashes.

Plus, James is a spy. You don't know he's the prince, remember? You don't even know he's from there. You know Ruezen is, though...

He11ix caught your lousy amnesia act when people started calling you by your name. And your friend there REALLY gave it away.

The four get off the dragon and hide in the cave. The dragon runs inside. He11ix and the others come out from behind a rock. He11ix walks up to Fauna. "Any ideas? It is sort of your fault we're stuck here."

"My fault? That thing that I call Hell came out of nowhere, and I could've flown off without you guys! then you wouldn't even be here. Alive. I saved Haze, you idiot... But come on, jeeze."

Fauna leaps into a steady trot so that they can keep up and runs out of the cave.

"...Did you guys ever get that gem?"

Lance continiues twitiching for another minute before his skin turns a slight red and sweat rolls down his forhead

Nat feels his forhead
her touch left it sissling(shes water,remember?)

"well,thats fire"

she pulls her hand away and,wiping it absontmindedly,watches Lance

Fauna sighs and picks up every member of Haze. She bolts off, back to Silverbrook, and drops them off in front of the inn. Before she finds returns to Lance, she hands the vase of ashes to Zak. "Please fix my cloud, if you can... If it has to be a light cloud, so be it. I just want my Wolke back," she says to him before running to Nat and Lance. She sees Lance with the color returning to his skin and grins. Fauna kneels down by him and touches her icy fingers to his cheek. Feeling the warmth, she yanks her arm back. She looks at Nat, her eyes wide. "Is he okay?" she asks. Nat nods, still absent minded. Fauna nods and stands up to listen to Haze.

He11ix and the rest of Haze barge into the inn. James is sitting down. Ether knocks over his table, picks him up by the collar, and pins him against the wall. He11ix walks up to James. "We need to go to the Wind Nation. Now. Got it?"

Fauna stands up, allert. She whispers to Nat, "I'll be right back." She then lunges above the trees, landing in one afterwards, and hops from tree to tree until she reaches the inn. She rips Ether away from James and pushes He11ix down.

"What the hell?" she growls. She stands between Haze and James, holding her hands out slightly. "Isn't there a nicer way to ask?"

Ether sighs. "Fine." He pins him against the wall again. "PLEASE get us to the Wind Nation."

James shakes his hands and extremely deep scars are suddenly running down Ether's entire body.

"Hmm. He11ix... Figures you'd figure out. But no. I won't take you. Maybe if you had taken Melanie's approach... But it's too late."

And by the way, how does Mel know what's going on?

Ahem... You complained because we called you Dragonking instead of James? You just called me Melanie instead of Fauna...

Fauna lunges between them again.

"If James tells me where it is, then I can take you four on foot, although you squirm like a freakin' worm. If Zak could fix my cloud, then it would be easier. So... James, could you please tell me where it is, or is that information that I shouldn't know?"

Ether holds a gun up to James's head. "I will ask again. Take us there."

James nods his head and a wind force field surrounds it.

"No. I'm not telling you. I have... Conditions to work out. With HaZE."

Fauna's eyes widen, and she bolts to Zander.

"Remember that business thing he wanted? Now'd the time to ask," she whispers into his ear. "Then maybe he would allow it."

actually, my other character, Ruezen talked to Zander about business... Might be a time to wonder where he went... Which I'm still figuring out.

Oh, and did you forget that Ether has horrible scarring over every single part of his body?

"A force feild doesn't work when I'm so close, you goon." Ether and James are inside together. "Now, take us there, or bye bye brains." Zander looks at Mel. Two problems with that. 1, we can't make the robots with the base gone. 2, we've gone past the point of buisness."

first off, it's not a force field. It's an orb of Hurricane-5-Force Winds surrounding whatever he wants it to that stops all forms of matter and expunges them randomly. Second, no, you didn't. James scarred him, and I read all the posts between and you did not fix him.
