Mel & Tomahawk Land

Fauna stops for a moment. "True... That makes me feel a little better... And Meiko could revive Wrathe or Wolke... But they'll all have to suffer! They'll all get hurt..." Fauna frowns and shakes her head. "I don't want that to happen," she murmurs.

"Tomahawk will do anything for you"

Fauna makes a face. "That's what I'm afraid of. That's exactly what I don't want to hear... Knowing this kind of world, he might actually die someday if there's anything that can kill him." Fauna scowls and looks up. "I don't know why he's even going after him. It sounds like it'd be impossible to kill him, so it's just wasted effort and pain."

"Yeah" he says

Outside the window, Wolke passes by quickly in his cloud form. Fauna doesn't see.

"And the rest of them? What if they die and Meiko's out of magic power or something? What if it's in broad daylight, and her powers don't work then..? What if they're actually gone..." Her voice goes down to a whisper as she continues to mull over things in a shaky voice.

Shifty shrugs "We do the best we can do to help them"

"But what if-"

Wolke opens the door then and looks at Fauna with wide eyes. "Wrathe is.. gone," he says quietly. "I can't find him..."

Fauna stares at him, then stands up and bolts out the door, running out of the inn and trying to catch his scent. She doesn't find it. Fauna scans the trees, deciding that she won't do anything else until she finds him.

Shifty follows Fauna

Not seeing anything, Fauna walks to the tree line and paces back and forth like a dog, trying to catch his scent. She stops abruptly, then bolts into the forest after turning into a werewolf.

"No!" Wolke screams, running after her in his human form.

"No" shifty scream and runs after wolke

Fauna stops abruptly again, and Wolke almost bumps into her. She turns her head and glares at Wolke, then bolts off in the other direction. 'Get away' was what she was trying to say.

"Wolke, Fauna wait up he shouts"

Wolke grabs one of his shoulders when he runs past and watches Fauna. "She wants us to stay away," he murmurs. "Either she's just losing it right now, or she's serious... I don't know which.."

Wrathe snarls and tries to thrust himself away from the man. "Why would you take MY form?" he growls.

"Because Fauna trusted you," the man says in a cutesy voice.

"LET ME GO!!"

"Nope. Fauna's coming, and I'm going to kill her for real this time! You see, she also harnessed the Ultimatum's power. So, if I kill her, I'll not only get her power, but weaken you. Then I can kill you and get ALL of the power! Brilliant plan, hm?"

"You won't kill Fauna. I'll fucking--!!"

"Now, now, don't get frustrated. She's almost here, and in her werewolf form! She'll be my PET," he says, smirking and yanking Wrathe when he says 'pet', just to aggrivate him.

"NO!" Wrathe screams, thrashing around wildly now.

Tomahawk walks up behind The man and looks at him to see if he has and weak point he decides on just dinozo slapping him and running into the forest
