Mel & Tomahawk Land

Fauna's eyes widen, and her hands shake. "..Me?" she asks, letting him down on the ground. "I'm sorry.. I didn't know.." she murmurs, looking away.

Tomahawk slithers away to the forest to warm up

Fauna scowls and looks down at her hands. "I'm not even in my vampire mode.." she mutters, stalking into the forest. She touches her skin, and it's freezing. She makes a puddle in the water and looks at her reflection. Red eyes and pale skin stare back at her. Fauna flinches and stares at her hands. "What the hell..?" she wonders aloud.

OoC: I thought you couldn't see there reflection

BiC: Tomahawk finds a nice warm area and rests

OoC: ..Heh? Did I say that?

BiC: Fauna slumps against a tree and stares at her hands. The thirst for blood overcomes her, and she listens for any sound.

BiC: Tomahawk slithers over to Fauna "Whats up?"

OoC: I know, but when did I say that I couldn't see my reflection?

BiC: Fauna nearly lunges at him, but restrains herself. "I'm hunting," she growls, irritated that he'd gotten in the way. "I doubt you want to watch me suck the life out of some creature," she mutters.

OoC: you didn't I'm just stating the facts

BiC: a rat runs by and Tomahawk lunges at it injecting his Venom into the rat "I'd suppose you don't want to watch either" he gulps it down "ahh too much blood" he mutters

OoC: Ah. Well, I dunno if they can see their reflection or not.. but Fauna's kinda freaky, so she can.

BiC: Fauna smirks and listens again. She hears something, and blurs past Tomahawk. He hears a sickening thud, and Fauna bursts through the trees, wrestling with a mountain lion. It paws helplessly at her face, and she thwomps it against a tree mercilessly. The lion slides down, laying lifelessly on the grass. Fauna crawls over it and digs her fangs into the neck of it, draining the blood. Tomahawk sees how the animal shrivels up. Fauna brings her face up once she's done and looks at Tomahawk. Her eyes are crimson red, and her mouth is covered with blood. Blood drips from her chin. "So?" she asks, smirking.

Tomahawk begins to regurgitate the half eaten rat and burrows into the ground to hide

Fauna laughs and grins. "Don't tell me you're scared.." she mutters, her eyes turning to their original green color. The color starts to come back to her skin, and she starts to turn "human" again.

The gravel continues to shake

Fauna sighs and grins. "I'm human again.." she calls, shoving the dead mountain lion back into the trees. She wipes her mouth and stands up, wiping herself off. "C'mon out.. we should go back to Wolke and Shifty now that the quake's over."

The ground continues to shake

Fauna sighs and sits on the ground. "Tomahawk?" she calls.

Tomahawk pops his head out of the ground "what I'm hunting here"

Fauna groans. "Hurry up, we gotta get back to Wolke."

Tomahawk pops up with a grasshopper in his mouth "yum, okay lets go"

Fauna makes a face. "Ehh... Those things creep me out," she mutters, picking him up off the ground. She teleports to Wolke and Shifty and stands under the force field. "Has the quake stopped yet?" she asks Tomahawk.

Tomahawk smiles and says "Yeah it should be!"

Fauna nods and releases the force field. Wolke lands on his feet in a crouch, and Shifty... drops to the ground and crumbles. Fauna giggles to herself and yanks Tomahawk off of her shoulder, then walks to Wolke and hugs him with one arm. "Sorry I took so long," she murmurs in his ear. Wolke nods and leans against her, smiling. Fauna looks up at Tomahawk and Shifty. "Where are Abby and Gibbs?" she asks, her voice harsher than it was when she was talking to Wolke now.

Tomahawk shrugs "I don't know I just seen them in the forest earlier they were okay then so I don't know"

Fauna shrugs, too, and looks back at Wolke. "Whatcha wanna do?" she asks. Wolke shrugs, glancing at Shifty. Fauna smiles at Wolke, then looks up at Tomahawk. "What now?" she asks, her voice now the same that it was towards Wolke.

Shifty and Tomahawk shrug

Fauna sighs at them, then looks into the forest. She flinches, then stands up. She turns to Wolke, points at him, and says, "stay there, okay?" Wolke nods, and Fauna turns to trot off into the forest.

Wolke looks at Tomahawk and Shifty with worry in his eyes.
