BiC: Fauna doesn't know that it's something else. "What the... Tomahawk, are you trying to kill me? It won't work, but..." She releases the ice-it shatters-and breaks down the invisible wall so that it no longer exists. She stares at him, and in a few seconds, his hands start to burn weirdly so that he has to let go. Fauna takes a few steps back, gives him a worried and hurt look, then teleports away. She goes back to the inn and slumps against the wall by Wolke... and Wrathe.

Tomahawk falls to the ground now blood, water, and any other body fluids come out of his body he tries to find Shifty Shifty looks at him with a worried looks he runs off to find Fauna he does and sits next to them

Fauna glances at him and sighs. "How come you aren't screwed up at all? You're related to the guy," she mutters. They're nowhere near Tomahawk, but Fauna knows that he's melting/bleeding. She doesn't care, though. Not right now.

Shifty sighs "Because, I'm human"

Tomahawk starts to bulge

Fauna grabs Shifty's arm and teleports them into the middle of the forest, possibly closer to where Tomahawk is now. Again, she doesn't really care-for now-what's happening to him. Fauna stares at Shifty for a long time, searching his eyes especially. Finally, she asks, "why are you human..? You're related to Tomahawk-a half snake-and your mother definately had some foreign blood in her system. It wasn't totally human. Yes, I remember her... But why not you?" She frowns in deep thought, then looks away from him, remembering something.

Shifty looks at Fauna "My dad was all human so" he notices her *I'm thinking* looks at asks "What are you thinking about"

It takes a while for Fauna to absorb what he's saying, and even longer to come back from her *I'm thinking* world. She eventually shakes her head a few times, slowly, and says, "nothing." Although, it's incredibly obvious that something is on her mind since she still has that zoned-out look on her face. She stays where she is, by Shifty, but struggles to push him out of her mind so that she can concentrate.

Shifty looks "Whats wrong?"

Fauna gives up on 'meditating' and hesitates, staring at the ground. "Nothing..." she murmurs under her breath. She props her elbows on her knees and rests her chins in her hands, staring into nothingness. She tries meditating again.

Shifty shakes his head "No theirs something"

Fauna hardly moves and doesn't seem to react to his words. "Why do you want to know?" she asks in a monotone voice after a while.

Shifty smiles "Because when you work with Gibbs he teaches you to be nosy"

Fauna flinches now, at the name, "Gibbs." She turns her head so that she can look up at him. "So you're interrogating me," she says; not a question, but a fact. She's... smiling, though.

He smiles again "you brought me here and I'm waiting for my question to be answered"

Fauna's frown vanishes for a moment, but she quickly grins again, devilishly. "But you came to me," she says. "Why? Why'd you leave Tomahawk, to follow me?" The smile leaves again, replaced by a thinking frown and curious eyes.

Shifty looks at her "you still haven't answered my question so i'm not answering yours "

Fauna smiles again. "I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree," she says, sitting upright now. She scowls, then glances at him. "Fine, if you really want to know, I was thinking about why I killed your mom and drained her blood. I recall now that her blood was extremely desirable... So, I asked myself, "is Tomahawk's blood like that? Or Shifty's?" And, as it turns out, yours is." Fauna smiles slightly, then repeats her questions.

Shifty bows his head "He's dying and I didn't want to watch him die"

Fauna's smile fades again, and her expression becomes empty. "Dying?" she asks slowly, like the two syllables are two words. "But still... Why would you come to me, instead of going to the bar or something?" she asks, struggling against the urge to go help Tomahawk.

He looks down at his shoes "I'm worried"

Fauna nods once, slowly, then scoots a little closer to him. "There was something in your mother's blood... Just a little hint of something that I'm not sure of. But it wasn't enough to effect her greatly, like how my blood is strong enough to make me a vampire. And your father was human, as are you... So why is Tomahawk like he is? A snake? And why does he have these problems? Why does he... melt?" She looks down in frustration, struggling to figure this all out.

OoC again: Erm... Fauna wasn't actually choking Shifty, but her hands were around his neck. She wasn't squeezing.

BiC: Everybody but Wolke is passed out... He simply sits plops down by Fauna and waits for her to wake up.
